Shipping policy

Made to order

Each Urban Leads rope product is handmade to order. We aim to make and dispatch your order within one business day of receiving it. During busy periods, production may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Australian shipping

We send orders using Australia Post. Standard shipping is estimated to take up to five business days after dispatch, depending on your location and postal conditions. Some destinations and busy periods may take longer.

Production time is additional to delivery time. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available by selecting the pickup option at checkout. Orders are usually ready within two days.

Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting your order. Collection details will be provided with your confirmation.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@urban-leads.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Where possible, include photographs of any damage to the product or packaging.

We will investigate with Australia Post and work with you to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
